Our Story
Balanced Dishes Class was born from a simple observation: many people want to eat healthier and include more protein in their diets, but they lack practical, accessible knowledge about how to do it. We noticed that nutrition education often felt overwhelming, filled with jargon and disconnected from real kitchen life. Starting from our base in Murcia, Spain, we developed an online course platform designed with warmth and clarity.
